You can search on '烤年糕' in the forum. This is the recipy I tried from Ms Lin and it is very very good. I use butter instead of oil. It tastI pure half the mixed mixture, add red bean then pure the other half the mixture. bake in 350F for about 30 minutes. You can also add some walnut on top.

From Ms Lin: My friend Justine from New Jersey had a recipy too: glutinous rice 1 pound milk
2and 1/2 cup,1C. sugar,1/2 C. salad oil,3 eggs, 1 T. baking powder.
same procedure as above.
( you may also use canned red bean paste.)
